Verse 3 – FRUIT QUANTITY Breakdown: 
Let's start with the fruit quantities, young children need about a cup - Older children, Older men, Mid to Older women one and a half cups - Young women and males ages 14 to 50 need two cups
Verse 3 – VEGGIES QUANTITY Breakdown:
Let's breakdown some veggie quantities - Children under 3 years old need a cup, older children up to eight a cup and a half - Females ages 9 and up need between two to two and half cups and males in that same age range need between two and half and three cups of vegetables
Verse 3 – EATING SCHEDULE Breakdown:
Now, you can try some with your breakfast - Add some fruit to your cereal - For lunch add some colorful fruit in a healthy salad  - And for dinner pile on the veggies side dishes - And even with your snacks, instead of chips or a candy bar why not grab a big piece of fresh fruit.
