Sometimes, health goals can seem too big to reach or even out of reach - but they're not. 
You can achieve your nutrition and fitness goals
if you learn to break them into smaller steps.

There are so many ways
So many steps that I can take to a healthier me
Set two main goals for myself
Eat Well and Be Active

and moving my body for at least an hour

Each day get sixty minutes of Exercise

Not too fast, but at a steady pace

You've have to be consistent -  Everyday
Taking small steady is a real smart way

My plate is stacked with lots and lots of taste
Maybe that’s why I’m gaining so much weight
I know I am what I eat
And I'm eating junk food in the streets

But a fast food body goes from good to worse

And I'm going to take a small step today
Pay more attention to what I eat
And control when and how much I eat
I only have one life to live
 and I'm going to be more physically active
I can do this – I can prove this
With every little step I take

 Breakdown Verse: 
Setting good health and nutrition goals is (gr) very important.
And even though your lifestyle and schedule are packed you need to
allow more room for health and wellness no matter what other activities you have to do.
We all know we need to eat right, and we know we need to exercise 60 minutes a day.
But that can be easier said than done. If you work on your small steps over time, you will begin to see Big Changes! Big Results.
One week you can try eating more fruits and vegetables.
The next week you can try walking for thirty minutes or jogging for fifteen minutes.
If you work on your goal for a week straight, you can take one small step each day toward your goal and at the end of the week,
seven small steps will equal one great big healthy goal, and a healthier YOU
