health and nutrition goals is (gr) very important.
And even though your
lifestyle and schedule are packed you need to
allow more room for
health and wellness no matter what other activities you have to do.
We all know we need to eat right, and we know we need to exercise 60
minutes a day. But that can be easier said than done. If you work on
your small steps over time, you will begin to see Big Changes! Big
Results.
One week you can try eating more fruits and vegetables.
The
next week you can try walking for thirty minutes or jogging for
fifteen minutes.
If you work on your goal for a week straight, you can take
one small step each day toward your goal and at the end of the week,
seven small steps will equal one great big healthy goal, and
a healthier YOU
